Training is an important part of capacity development. cde develops and conducts various types of training. The corporation is specialised on the Case Method. This is a well-developed and experienced approach for practice oriented, inter-active adult learning. Teaching is mainly based on the intensive exploration and discussion of a particular case of relevance to the teaching objectives. The Case Method stimulates active exploration and development of conclusions by the trainee, rather than providing ready-made teaching messages.
